Returns and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or does not match the description.

Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.


How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact hello@miravie.nl immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • The wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
