Welcome to MIRAVIE. We do our utmost to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below you will find all the information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Important:

  • Free shipping on all orders Worldwide
  • Delivery time: 7-12 working days
  • Processing time: 1-3 working days

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • An order confirmation email will be sent when you place your order.
  • A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it)
  • Tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as they are available from our carriers.

 We process orders from our three fulfillment centers, depending on availability.

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 7-12 working days.

❓ What to do in case of Delay or Lost Packages?

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, if your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via hello@miravie.nl.

  • Delay: If your package arrives later than expected, please check the tracking information first. Delays can sometimes occur due to busy couriers. If a delay occurs on our side, we will, of course, inform you.
  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us so we can investigate further.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Want to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible, as our staff will already be working on your order. In that case, please immediately send an email with your order number and cancellation request to hello@miravie.nl. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Entered the wrong address?

If you have made a mistake when entering your address, please contact our customer service within 8 hours. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
